journey that takes you up meandering paths with magnificent and colorful vegetation. Along the way, you can listen to the various sounds of birds and other wildlife that inhabit the rain forest. It is truly spectacular! 
Not only can you enjoy the beauty of the land, but you can also enjoy the splendor of the ocean. Calibishie/Dominica has one of the best diving spots in the world. National Geographic recently selected Dominica as one of the top ten vacation spot for nature seekers.
People come from all over the globe to Calibishie and to the neighboring villages to enjoy nature at its best. The picture on the left of some German tourists shows how relaxed and exuberant they are. It is not surprising that most of the tourists who visits the area comes back every year to discover new sites and to reunite with old friends which they made on their previous trips.
